How do I obtain a sales tax refund if I'm tax-exempt?
Tax exempt organizations and individuals are entitled to a full sales-tax refund on a paid order. Please supply your valid tax-exempt documentation to our sales team and we'll issue a sales-tax refund.
It may take a few business days for the funds to post back to your bank statement.
