You can keep track of your remote support sessions and generate reports for auditing purposes.
To generate a Session Usage Report:
- Go to My Account → Session Usage Report .
- Here you can select a report date range, session type, specify Expert and Client IP addresses, and choose a preferred report format.
- Click Generate Report.
- In the Session Usage Report , the Activity Summary section displays the total Number Of Connections and Total Time .
The Activity Details section displays the following details about each session conducted during the selected time period:
- Client ID
- Start Time
- End Time
- Expert IP
- Client IP
- Any Session Notes that were entered during the support session (optional).
You may sort the Usage Details by clicking on a specific column.
The generated report will open in your default browser.
If the Generate Report button doesn't work, please verify that you have a default Windows browser setting configured.
