Getting session reports

You can keep track of your remote support sessions and generate reports for auditing purposes.

To generate a Session Usage Report:

  1. Go to My Account  Session Usage Report .
  2. Here you can select a report date range, session type, specify Expert and Client IP addresses, and choose a preferred report format.
  3. Click Generate Report.
  4. In the Session Usage Report , the Activity Summary section displays the total Number Of Connections and Total Time .
    The Activity Details section displays the following details about each session conducted during the selected time period:
    • Date
    • Client ID
    • Start Time
    • End Time
    • Duration
    • Expert IP
    • Client IP
    • Any Session Notes that were entered during the support session (optional).

You may sort the Usage Details by clicking on a specific column.

The generated report will open in your default browser.

If the Generate Report button doesn't work, please verify that you have a default Windows browser setting configured.
