Do you charge VAT and how do I get a VAT refund?

VAT Charges

The prices listed on Techinline's website do not include sales tax.

Techinline relies on two third-party payment processing systems, Bluesnap and FastSpring, to handle its billing matters. The sale of digital products such as FixMe.IT require our billing partners to collect and pay VAT to the appropriate authorities. VAT is collected for the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovak Republic, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.

Where applicable, the paid invoice for your order will include the VAT amount as well as our billing partner's VAT ID.


VAT charges can be avoided by supplying a valid VAT ID during the checkout process.

Requesting VAT Refund

If you were charged VAT, you can email our sales team and provide your valid VAT ID. We will submit the VAT ID to our billing partner so that it can be added to your existing order and a refund for previous VAT charges can be issued.
