FixMe.IT is very easy to set up and use. All you need is an Internet connection.

Here's how you can start a remote support session with FixMe.IT:

  1. Go to fixme.it/expert to download and install the Expert application.
  2. Direct the remote user to fixme.it to run the Client application and obtain a unique Client ID.
  3. Click on New Session, enter the Client ID provided by the remote user and click Connect.
