How does your pricing work?

FixMe.IT offers a subscription plan priced at $390 per seat/year or $39 per seat/month. You are paying for the number of purchased seats.

A single FixMe.IT seat allows you to connect to an unlimited number of on-demand (attended) computers and manage up to 200 unattended machines.

FixMe.IT's pricing structure is based strictly on concurrent seats. This means that a FixMe.IT seat is not tied to any specific technician or computer, and can be shared among multiple technicians or installed on any number of computers. However, each seat can be used by a single technician at a given time.

The number of purchased seats determines how many technicians can use the application simultaneously. For example, if your support team consists of five technicians who need to use the application at the same time, a corresponding number of seats must be purchased.
