Connecting to an unattended computer

  1. Run the FixMe.IT Expert application
  2. Open the Unattended Clients tab
  3. Click the Connect button next to the unattended computer

If someone is working on the computer when you are trying to connect, they may decline the connection within 5 seconds and you will receive a corresponding notification.

If you requested the Windows credentials during the unattended access installation, you will be displayed a Login With Provided Credentials link on the Windows logon screen.
