Can I add more logins to my seat so that each tech uses their own credentials?

When multiple technicians are sharing a seat, you can add more logins to your seat at no extra cost by simply contacting our sales team. This will allow each technician to run the Expert application using their own login credentials.

FixMe.IT's pricing structure is based strictly on concurrent seats. This means that if multiple logins are added to a single seat, only one of the logins can be used at any given time. If you need to run multiple simultaneous technicians, a corresponding number of seats must be purchased.
