All login changes are made within our internal system. In order to change your login email, please contact our support team using your current email and provide us with the new email address which you would like to use as your login.
The FixMe.IT login email does not have to be a valid email address. However, if a generic email address is used as the login, instructions for resetting your password using the Forgot Password option will also be sent to the generic email address. As a result, we recommend using a valid email address as the FixMe.IT login.
