What data does FixMe.IT collect, process and store?
Upon registering for the FixMe.IT service you enter into an agreement with us to accept our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy . As part of this agreement, you may be asked to provide additional personal information, such as your billing details and contact information.

FixMe.IT does not collect, process or store any personally identifiable information during the remote session except for general information used to generate session reports, which includes IP addresses of the session participants.
