I'm unable to access or control the remote computer's taskbar
Problem
I'm unable to control or select anything on the remote desktop's taskbar when connected to a remote computer.
Cause
This is a known Windows issue which can occur when working with a window that covers an entire screen (full screen mode), and is not attributed to the FixMe.IT application. In some cases, when the remote desktop is opened in full screen mode your local taskbar will appear in the foreground, causing the remote desktop's taskbar to be inaccessible.
Solution
Reboot your computer. In most cases the issue should be resolved after a reboot.
