Problem

The mouse cursor goes behind the Remote Control toolbar and I can't select any item(s) from the toolbar.

Cause

The described behavior is known to be caused by a Microsoft Garage mouse product called Mouse W/O Borders , designed for controlling multiple computers. This product may interfere with the mouse movement during a remote session.

Solution

Temporarily disable the Mouse W/O Borders mouse and resort to using a regular mouse during the remote session.
